Do you ship EAGLEROAM products internationally?

EAGLEROAM is set up as an international Shopify store with multiple country and currency options. Availability, shipping method, taxes and final delivery cost are confirmed during checkout after you enter your shipping address.

Some underwater scooter batteries and accessory bundles may have carrier or destination restrictions because they contain lithium batteries or oversized parts. If checkout does not offer a shipping method for your location, contact support before placing a separate order.

Do orders over $800 qualify for free shipping?

The current EAGLEROAM site promotion states that orders over $800 enjoy free shipping. The checkout page is the final source for whether your cart qualifies, because shipping depends on destination, product combination and available carrier service.

If your cart is above the threshold but the free shipping option does not appear, check whether your country, selected products or oversized accessories are excluded. You can also contact support with a screenshot of your cart.

How long does delivery usually take?

Delivery time depends on the destination country, selected shipping method, inventory location, customs processing and local carrier handoff. The order confirmation and shipping notification emails will provide the most accurate information for your package.

For high-value underwater scooter orders, please allow extra time for battery-compliant shipping, customs checks and carrier scanning. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to show movement after the label is created.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Contact EAGLEROAM as soon as possible through the contact page or at support@eagleroam.com. If the order has not entered fulfillment, support may be able to help update the address.

Once an order has been packed, handed to the carrier or marked as shipped, address changes may no longer be possible. For battery products, carrier rerouting can also be limited by hazmat and lithium-battery handling rules.

Why did I receive more than one tracking number?

Underwater scooters, extra batteries, rail kits, backpack items and accessory bundles may ship in separate packages. This can happen when products are fulfilled from different warehouse locations or when battery items require different carrier handling.

Please track each shipment separately and contact support only if a tracking number has not updated for several business days or if part of the order is marked delivered but missing.

Returns & Warranty

EAGLEROAM's refund policy gives customers a 30-day return window after receiving the item, subject to condition and eligibility rules.

What is EAGLEROAM's return policy?

EAGLEROAM has a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags where applicable, in its original packaging, and with receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact support@eagleroam.com with your order number, the product you want to return and the reason for the request. Items sent back without return approval may not be accepted.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, contact EAGLEROAM immediately so the issue can be evaluated and corrected.

Please keep the shipping box, product packaging, accessories and labels. Send clear photos or video of the outer box, shipping label, product damage and all items received. This evidence helps support confirm whether a replacement, repair, return or refund is the right solution.

Are sale items, gift cards or special-order items returnable?

Based on EAGLEROAM's refund policy, sale items and gift cards are not accepted for return. Certain categories may also be non-returnable, including custom products, special orders, personalized items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

If you are unsure whether a specific accessory, bundle or special-order item is returnable, contact support before purchasing.

Do EAGLEROAM underwater scooters include warranty coverage?

The current EAGLEROAM FAQ states that water scooters come with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty coverage does not normally include misuse, impact damage, unauthorized modification, improper charging, water damage caused by incorrect battery installation, saltwater corrosion from poor maintenance or normal wear. Contact support with your order number, product serial information if available, and a clear description of the issue.

How do exchanges work?

The fastest way to exchange a product is usually to return the original eligible item after approval, then place a new order for the item you want. This avoids inventory delays, especially for P1 / P1 XR bundles and accessory modes that can sell out separately.

If the exchange is related to a defective or incorrect item, support will advise the best path after reviewing your photos and order details.

P1 / P1 XR

P1 and P1 XR are EAGLEROAM's modular underwater scooter options, with different battery capacities, bundle modes and accessory combinations.

What is the difference between LEFEET P1 and P1 XR?

The P1 and P1 XR share the same modular concept and motor body, but are commonly configured with different battery capacities. The standard P1 uses a 100Wh battery, while the XR configuration uses a 160Wh battery for longer runtime and stronger dual-unit performance.

If you want easier airline planning, choose the 100Wh setup. If you prioritize longer sessions and do not mind checking airline approval before flying, the XR battery can be the stronger option.

Are P1 and P1 XR batteries interchangeable?

Yes. EAGLEROAM's current FAQ states that P1 and XR batteries are interchangeable because both models share the same motor unit. You can use either the 100Wh or 160Wh battery on a P1 body.

This makes it possible to start with a standard P1 package and later add the larger XR battery if you want longer runtime, subject to product availability.

Can I swap batteries during a dive?

No. Batteries must be swapped in a dry environment only. Changing batteries underwater can damage the device and may void warranty coverage.

The quick-release system is designed to make dry swaps fast and tool-free. Before reconnecting a battery, dry the contacts and surrounding area completely and check that seals are clean and correctly seated.

How long does the P1 battery last?

EAGLEROAM's current FAQ states that the 100Wh battery lasts about 30 minutes at max speed, while the 160Wh XR battery delivers longer runtime depending on conditions. Intermittent use can extend runtime to about 60-90 minutes.

Actual runtime varies with rider weight, speed setting, water current, water temperature, accessory mode, single or dual-unit use, battery age and how often you accelerate.

What is the top speed with a dual P1 setup?

EAGLEROAM's current FAQ lists dual-unit top speed with the dual rail bracket as 2.7 m/s using 100Wh batteries and 3 m/s using 160Wh batteries, tested with an 80kg rider.

Speed can vary based on rider position, drag, water conditions, accessories, battery level and whether the scooter is used for snorkeling, freediving, scuba or board-mounted propulsion.

Which P1 bundle should I choose?

P1 Lite

P1 Lite is positioned as a compact entry-level underwater scooter for snorkeling, swimming and light diving adventures.

Is the P1 Lite good for beginners?

Yes. The P1 Lite is designed for easy recreational use with a lightweight body, intuitive trigger control and simple handling. It is a strong option for first-time sea scooter users, snorkelers and travelers who want a compact setup.

Even with beginner-friendly controls, users should read the manual, practice in calm water and stay within their swimming and diving ability.

Does the P1 Lite have a removable battery?

No. EAGLEROAM's current FAQ states that the P1 Lite uses a built-in battery for a more compact and streamlined design. It charges directly via USB-C.

Because the battery is built in, do not try to open the scooter body or remove the battery yourself. Unauthorized disassembly can damage the device and affect warranty support.

Why does the P1 Lite not include a charger?

The current EAGLEROAM FAQ explains that P1 Lite includes a USB-C cable and supports fast charging with a 100W PD 3.0 adapter, reducing electronic waste and cost by letting customers use an adapter they may already own.

For best results, use a quality USB-C PD charger that meets the recommended output. Avoid damaged cables, wet charging ports or low-quality adapters.

Are P1 Lite accessories compatible with the P1?

Most accessories are cross-compatible, but not all. The current FAQ notes exceptions including buoyancy sleeve, soft case and remote control extension kit, which are model-specific.

Before ordering accessories, check the product title, compatibility notes and selected variant carefully. If you own both P1 and P1 Lite, contact support before buying model-specific accessories.

S1 Pro & C1

What is the LEFEET S1 Pro best for?

Are EAGLEROAM water products suitable for children?

Some accessories are described for family water activities, but underwater scooters should always be used with adult supervision and according to the product manual, local water safety rules and the user's swimming ability.

Do not allow children to use powered water equipment unsupervised. Start in shallow, calm water, use proper flotation or snorkeling equipment when appropriate, and keep clear of swimmers, boats and fragile marine environments.

Can I take the P1 battery on a plane?

The current EAGLEROAM FAQ states that the 100Wh battery is universally accepted under FAA/IATA regulations, while the 160Wh XR battery is also approved but some airlines may require pre-approval. Always confirm with your carrier before travel.

Carry lithium batteries in accordance with airline and airport rules. Keep battery terminals protected, carry purchase/product information if helpful, and allow extra time at security screening.

Can I travel with the P1 Lite built-in battery?

Because P1 Lite has a built-in battery, airline approval depends on the battery specification and carrier policy for battery-powered devices. Check the product manual and your airline's current lithium battery rules before flying.

If you need written product details for travel, contact support before your departure date so you have time to prepare documents.

How should I store batteries when not using the scooter?

Store batteries in a cool, dry, ventilated place away from direct sunlight, heat sources, metal objects and moisture. Do not store batteries while wet or attached to a scooter that has not fully dried after saltwater use.

For long-term storage, follow the battery level and maintenance instructions in the user manual. Avoid leaving batteries fully drained for extended periods.

Can I charge the scooter immediately after using it in water?

No. Dry the device, charging port, battery contacts and surrounding area before charging. Charging a wet device or wet battery connection can cause corrosion, electrical failure and safety risk.

After saltwater use, rinse and dry according to the maintenance instructions before storing or charging.

How do I maintain my scooter after saltwater use?

EAGLEROAM's current FAQ recommends soaking the assembled unit in fresh water for 30 minutes, running it on low speed for 1 minute and repeating 2-3 times, then drying thoroughly. Remove the battery and let both parts air dry in a cool, ventilated area.

Never store the scooter while salty or wet. Salt residue can damage seals, metal parts, contacts and moving components over time.

What safety checks should I do before entering the water?

Can I mount a GoPro or dive light?

Before diving, confirm that the mounted accessory is secure and does not block controls, propeller intake, battery access or your grip.

How do I know which accessory fits my scooter?

Start by matching the accessory product title to your scooter model: P1 / P1 XR, P1 Lite, S1 Pro or C1. Then check the selected variant, product photos and description for mode-specific compatibility.

Some accessories look similar but are model-specific. Examples include buoyancy sleeves, soft cases, remote control extension kits and certain mount kits. When in doubt, contact support before ordering.

What does the Remote Control Extension Kit do?

The Remote Control Extension Kit is listed as an accessory that stabilizes the signal over long distances. It can be useful in configurations where the scooter body is mounted away from the user's natural hand position.

For P1 tank mount mode, the site notes that a remote control extension kit is recommended for a better user experience.

What is the P1 Leg Mount Kit for?

Why is the price displayed in a different currency?

EAGLEROAM includes a country/region and currency selector. Prices may appear in USD or another supported local currency depending on your region selection, browser location or Shopify market settings.

Final currency, taxes, duties and payment authorization are confirmed during checkout.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can use Shopify checkout as a customer, and logging in can make it faster to view orders and check out in the future. If you create an account, use the same email address you used at checkout so order records are easier to locate.
