P1 / P1 XR

Can I swap batteries during a dive?

Batteries must be swapped in a dry environment only. Changing batteries underwater will damage the device. The quick-release system makes dry swaps fast and tool-free.

How long does the battery last at max speed?

The 100Wh battery lasts about 30 minutes at max speed. The 160Wh XR battery delivers longer runtime depending on conditions. Intermittent use extends runtime to 60–90 minutes.

Can I take the P1 on a plane?

Yes. The 100Wh battery is universally accepted under FAA/IATA regulations. The 160Wh XR battery is also approved, though some airlines may require pre-approval — always confirm with your carrier.

Are the P1 and XR batteries interchangeable?

Yes. Both models share the same motor unit. You can use either the 100Wh or 160Wh battery on any P1 body — upgrade to XR performance anytime by purchasing the larger battery.

What is the dual-unit top speed?

With two P1 units on the dual rail bracket: 2.7 m/s with 100Wh batteries, 3 m/s with 160Wh batteries. Tested with an 80kg rider.

How do I maintain after saltwater use?

Soak the assembled unit in fresh water for 30 minutes, run it on low speed for 1 minute (repeat 2–3 times), then dry thoroughly. Remove the battery and let both parts air dry in a cool, ventilated area.

P1 Lite

Is the battery removable?

No. The P1 Lite uses a built-in battery for a more compact and streamlined design. It charges directly via USB-C.

Is the P1 Lite good for beginners?

Absolutely. The intuitive variable-speed trigger, lightweight body, and simple controls make it ideal for first-time users. No learning curve — just squeeze and go.

Are P1 Lite accessories compatible with the P1?

Most accessories are cross-compatible. Exceptions include the buoyancy sleeve, soft case, and remote control extension kit, which are model-specific.

Why doesn't it come with a charger?

To reduce electronic waste and save cost. The P1 Lite includes a USB-C cable and supports fast charging with any 100W PD 3.0 adapter — the same one you likely already use for your laptop.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders ship free worldwide via standard shipping.

How long does shipping take?

United States: 5–8 business days. Canada: 7–12 days. Europe: 7–14 days. Australia/NZ: 10–18 days. Rest of world: 14–25 days.

What is your return policy?

30-day return window. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included. Contact support@eagleroam.com with your order number to start a return.

Do you cover return shipping costs?

For defective or incorrect items, yes — we provide a prepaid label. For change-of-mind returns, shipping is the customer's responsibility.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days at support@eagleroam.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Can I mount a GoPro on the scooter?

Yes. Both the P1 and P1 Lite include a standard sports camera mount compatible with GoPro, dive lights, and other accessories with universal camera plates.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes. All eagleroam water scooters come with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
